A year and a half ago there was a huge fire on this mountain right by my house. This summer these lines in the mountain all of a sudden appeared. It looks like God came down and cut open the mountain to perform surgery and then stitched it back up.

I have seen that a few times while running around the south mountain area. I was wondering what it was.
